Additional Details
It's currently a soft top but I put the hardtop back on in the winter months. I've been dealing with this for about a year and can't figure out how to stop the water from getting into the Jeep and pooling on the floor. Any advice would be great

Hello Mary,
The issue you are dealing with is unfortunately common with Jeep Wranglers.
Many owners are unaware but the Wrangler is the only vehicle on the road
today that does not have an inside weatherstripping on the body. The door
has a rubber weatherstripping but when it closes it shuts against a bare
metal body.
I suggest adding the body side weatherstripping to solve this issue.
