Hi Iman,
Thanks for reaching out!
The leaking you're experiencing on your 2019 JL 4-door hardtop is a very
common issue on these vehicles. The fact that you're seeing water enter
from the front and collect underneath the floor mat, along with water
coming in around the upper rear portion of the driver's door, is consistent
with the factory door sealing system not providing a proper seal.
Even though your Jeep is right-hand drive, the underlying sealing design is
the same.
Unlike most vehicles on the road today, Jeep Wranglers do not have a proper
body-side sealing surface. Instead, the factory door seals are trying to
compress directly against painted metal. Since painted metal isn't a
consistent sealing surface, small gaps can develop around the upper door
and A-pillar areas, allowing water to enter during heavy rain.
Once water gets past the upper sealing area, it can travel behind the
interior trim before eventually collecting underneath the floor mat. This
is why the location where you see the water isn't necessarily where it
originally entered.
Our body-side weatherstripping creates the missing gasketed sealing
surface, allowing your existing factory door seals to compress evenly and
consistently. The included drip strips also help redirect water to the
outside of the Jeep rather than allowing it to enter the cabin.
Since you're experiencing water intrusion in more than one area, I
recommend installing the complete kit rather than trying to address each
leak individually.
The kit also seals the Freedom Panel areas on your hardtop, which is an
important part of properly sealing the upper front door areas.
An additional benefit is that properly sealing these areas helps reduce
outside wind and road noise, making the cabin noticeably quieter.
Here is the correct kit for your 2019 JL 4-door:
