Hello Brayden,
What you are describing is extremely common with Jeep Wranglers. Many
owners never actually see water dripping inside because the water travels
underneath the trim panels and carpet before soaking the floor padding
underneath.
Depending on the direction of the rain, wind, or how the Jeep is parked,
the water can enter from either side and end up soaking both the front and
rear floor areas without leaving obvious signs higher up on the interior.
The main issue is that the Wrangler does not have a proper body-side
weatherstripping from the factory. The door seal closes against painted
metal, which allows water to work its way into the cabin during heavy rain
or whenever a large amount of water hits the vehicle.
